SUP Paddleboard Craft Hire

SUP Paddleboard Craft Hire

1 hour hire of a Whitlingham Adventure Paddleboard

Booking is for 1x craft with a one person capacity. Boards can be paddled kneeling or standing (when safe to do so).

This stable paddleboard is ideal for adults and children alike. It is the ideal craft for those wishing to go paddleboarding for the first time or experienced paddlers.

  • These boards are some of the easiest to climb back upon if you do slip/fall off.
  • Boards are equipped with ankle leashes suitable for sheltered water use that stop the board drifting away if paddler slip/falls off.

When checking in with staff you will be provided a centre buoyancy aid, receive a simple safety briefing and if required a introduction to craft and basic paddling.
  • Safety and rescue craft are on standby to assist those who may get into difficulty
  • Craft hire area may vary day to day depending on conditions, safety cover and other activities on the water.
  • Under 16s must be supervised by a nearby adult (it is advisable under 12s are accompanied on the activity)

Paddleboards are stable whilst seated/kneeling and the Tahe and Red Paddle models paddle well for beginner and experienced paddlers alike.

Clothing suitable for the day's conditions is required and suitable footwear a must.

  • Please be aware that paddleboarding is a wet sport and it is very likely at least your lower body will get damp or wet from paddling and splashing or entire body wet if you slip/fall in. A change of clothes to go home in (including footwear) is advised.
  • Changing rooms are available if required after session. But please arrive ready to go at session start.
