Adult First Aid - REC Outdoor First Aid (16 hours) 16yrs+

A two day (16 hour) course designed to introduce a systematic way of administering first aid, managing casualties and to develop these essential skills to deal with more difficult incidents when there is no immediate help.

This two day course compliments the LEL Award and is suitable for any leader who works with young people outdoors.
