Adult Sailing Improver - RYA Level 3 - Better Sailing (16yrs+)

This course aims to develop and consolidate your existing sailing and boat handling skills whilst increasing confidence. There will also be opportunities to visit some of the techniques covered in the advanced modules.

Prerequisite: RYA Dinghy Level 2 or equivalent.

Course available in:

Single Hander
Single person sailing dinghy with a single sail. We use a mix of RS Quba and Zests which are an ideal adult learning craft. Should the instructor feel you are ready there may be opportunity to sail Lasers as well. Instructor teaches from an accompanying safety powerboat.

or

Double hander
Larger multi-person dinghy with two sails. To achieve the qualification you will need to complete the required helm tasks. Instructor/s may demonstrate/teach from within the learners sailing craft however will typically teach multiple craft from an accompanying safety boat.
